"My husband, son, and I spent a weekend at this wonderful home in Savannah. It's in a quiet, yet central, location, and had free easy parking righ in front. With Forsyth park nearby and the waterfront just a quick uber ride away, we were in the best location for exploring the city. We loved the patio and balcony areas as well as everything inside the home. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Savannah."

"Beautiful property, fully stocked kitchen, and very clean! Location was great, close to Forsythe park, and loved being able to take our dog! Our only issue was not understanding it’s a shared backyard with the other apartment. They also had a dog, so we had to make sure they weren’t in the yard each time we went out with ours, and vise versa. They were very understanding so it wasn’t an issue. "The cottage was perfect! Very tastefully remodeled up and down. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with an air fryer, panini press and everything else you could think of. It was a 1/4 of a mile to Forsythe Park. One block to Kroger and around the corner from a great coffee shop. It worked well for us. The off-street parking was nice, but you could easily get by without a car. I would highly recommend."

"While the property was neat, clean, and functional to meet our needs, I was concerned that the three story wooden building had no fire escapes. Our apartment was on the second floor with only a wooden staircase for entrance and egress. There were two smoke detectors on the second floor: one in the kitchen that worked and a smoke detector in the living room that was too high up for me to test but looked as if it might have been non-functioning."

"Loved the aesthetic and cleanliness of the place. It really was loud but anywhere near Broughton is going to be that way. The noise was was not a particular problem for us. Parking was down the street which was fine once we realized where and how to use the discount and app. Calling customer to find out about parking was a frustrating experience at night when we got into town…the connection was terrible but we got it resolved quickly.
