“The kitchen was fully stocked; unfortunately, we were only there for really a full 24 hours, so we didn't use it. We did use the washer/dryer. Only thing I can suggest to other patrons, please adhere to the noise policy of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. We had new patrons in the apartment above us the day after we arrived and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. I didn't know how to inform the staff of this issue and not really sure what could have been done, but I'm grateful we had one night of……

“We had a wonderful time on our trip and enjoyed staying in this location. It does have a few eccentricities that should be noted. The larger bedroom's king size bed is very high; a step stool is needed to climb in and out. This could be difficult for some guests to navigate. The smaller bedroom's window faces the alley and parking area and bright lights are on all night outside this window. There are blinds, but it was still bright enough that it was hard to sleep. Bring a light-blocking mask!……

“Place was convenient. Overall it was a little on the dirty side. I pulled two plates out of the cabinet and both had left over food on them, no one has dusted on top of the fridge or dryer. The wallpaper is also peeling off the wall and you can see where the AC has leaked in the living room and straight down the wall onto the photo. Oh there is also mold in one of the closest, only seen it because I used the broom.. Place needs some TLC for sure. ”

“April 2026. Great little spot for two. Super clean! King bed was soft, but comfortable. Super cool AC. Ceiling fans. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Fabulous location. 1/2 block from southern perimeter of Forsyth Park. Great restaurants within 2 or 3 blocks. Coffee shops galore. Listing pics are accurate.
Included parking spot was a real bonus!
Problems: WiFi was just OK. Host was nonresponsive and did not return messages. Interior doors needed propped open, expected in a house this……
