  • This is a great Savannah location, in the Victorian District close to Forsyth Park and 1.1 miles from the Riverfront. Parking for free on the street or park off street behind the house! King bed. Equipped kitchen. Full bathroom has combination tub/shower. Full size private laundry machines. A half bathroom (powder room) is conveniently located off the kitchen.

    The sofa does not pullout in this apartment so this is only for 2 people. Shared front porch and private back porch. Shared back yard.

    My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities.
    Please note that bookings are non-refundable so do NOT use instant book to reserve this apartment if you are not sure yet. Once booked you may not cancel for a full refund but we offer insurance options that can be added on to cover many common reasons for needing to cancel.

Excellent option for a stay near the Historic Distric. Safe, beautiful and quiet area. Only downside was that the TV set is a bit old, so we couldn't access our own streaming services (Netflix) Other than that, top notch experience.

This place was extraordinary! It’s so much bigger than I anticipated. It had such charm. It was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. This is my 5th time visiting Savannah, and by far the best place I’ve ever stayed! The quick walk to Mate’ Factor for breakfast was an added bonus. (Best cinnamon rolls ever!). We will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice floor plan for two. Very clean. Enjoyed the front porch. Parking spot in back was beter than street with a light.

Property was clean and as advertised. Only issue was people renting upstairs were not very considerate as they were a little loud and heavy footed. Maybe more rugs would help with the wooden floors above.

Easy to park our Sprinter van right in front. This is a lower unit of a house in a historic neighborhood. Walkable to groceries- we were also able to walk to the riverfront/ downtown. Clean and comfortable. It's an older house lower unit, so don't expect all new... and occasionally hear the upstairs neighbors. A very pleasant stay.

Parking was available behind condo but we did not feel safe leaving it parked there, We did not feel safe in the condo, the back door locked but had a gap under the door, and the second door to the kitchen was very loose. There was mold in the living room. you said was walkable to downtown but it was 9/10 of a mile.The people above us were so loud as in how they walked and jumped we thought they were coming down on us. We paid for a week in the condo but left after 3 days.

Really enjoyed staying here. 30 mins walk into town takes you through some of the oldest neighbourhoods and squares. Savannah is beautiful.
