“The hotel overall was in great condition! Lots of friendly staff. I had varying results on the housekeeping, sometimes they would do a great job and other times they didn't do as Stellar of a job. The food at the restaurants was very good! There was lots of amenities in the facility, and the views were spectacular”

“訂的是三人房， 結果梳化床沒有枕頭、床單、及被提供， 要自己去櫃檯問，居然說五月中天氣不凍不提供。 幸好另一個員工聽到沒有被感覺較凍， 主動提供比張毛氈， 但係前台第一個員工態度非常之差， 最初check-in攞房已經完全不對資料求其就比兩間房我們， 結果是我們主動提出只訂了一間房。 初時評語入住登記都俾佢四星， 但係到晚上認真使用設施才覺得這間酒店不值此評核 水壓簡直弱弱的， 員工態度差，早餐非常一般，不會再入住”

“Rooms were spacious and clean. I arrived well after the check in time listed on Expedia but staff was able to assist me with the self check in process (which was a little confusing). There’s always something going on at this place-and everyone is incredibly friendly. Mark the bartender is fantastic and remembered my name and my drink every time he saw me. We stayed for a dance competition at the World Congress Center and found this hotel in comfortable walking distance and very reasonably……

“We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. The hotel is quiet, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. What truly made this stay special was the thoughtfulness of the staff. Prior to arrival, I had mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday. When we checked in, we were genuinely touched to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake along with a handwritten card from the hotel team. That……
