「Have to pay EXTRA for the breakfast and WiFi. Ridiculous. I have never had to do that when traveling and never at any other holiday Inn property. Told them to keep both. But the room was clean and the staff were friendly enough. We will stay elsewhere next time we travel.」

「While the location is excellent, that’s all that can be said that’s positive. The place is an absolute wreck. The entire first floor is under construction. The parking lot is extremely dirty and several unsavory characters lurk around. None of the amenities were usable. The only bright spot would the front desk help. She was quite nice and tried to do her best. I simply cannot recommend this place」

Was told a continental breakfast was included but there was a sign on the door in the morning that no breakfast was available. There were 3 of us in the room with one roll of toilet paper and no one was in The office, every time we called the office we got a busy signal. Paperwork had no info on how the connect to WiFi, door to office was locked early so no...
