Room was clean and staff was so helpful and nice (especially Rowe - I hope I have her name right!) Check in and check out was a breeze. Great location for GSU football games! Some TLC around the property would make this the absolute best spot for Southern parents to stay.

Staff was very friendly and able to check in an hour early, the room was clean, there were some little details missed but it was ok for the hotels offered in Statesboro, it is one that we usually stay at. I will definitely stay there again.

We've stayed here several times and it's a great hotel. The rooms are clean, location is great and safe. It's an absolute bargain stay and the staff is helpful and sweet. We will always stay here when we travel to Statesboro.

Cockroaches were visible and literally crawling on the beds, many of them, killed five in less then five minutes before changing rooms. Second room didn’t “see” cockroaches but saw black bugs in the beds, pretty sure they were bedbugs, had to empty my suitcase outside upon returning home to not bring home bugs! Rooms smelled of bleach like they were cleaned, but were not clean, especially sink and shower. There was a note taped to elevator door stating “for your safety only five people on elevator at a time please” which is a little disturbing considering it is not a small/tiny elevator. Key cards kept failing and repeatedly needed to be reset at front desk, they stated people’s cell phones cause key cards to fail. The location is great being walking distance to University.

Great location if visiting GSU. Breakfast was good and hotel comfortable for short stay. Room had stained carpet and dirty night stand. It looked like it was not cleaned after previous occupants.
