「The doors to enter the unit, bathrooms and bedroom doors would not open or close properly. The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing.」

「Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. 」

「The house has a large gathering space with plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious. Each bedroom has plenty of space.」

「Perfect location and quick response to supplies needed. Normal upkeep needed to make the stay more comfortable. Will go back. 」

「Overall it was a great experience, host was quick to respond to all questions. It was well kept and clean but there were some areas in the drywall that you could tell the building had settled and caused cracks and peeling, also the screen on the porch door was missing. We really enjoyed our time there.」

「This is a neat property. It was a perfect location for our trip. Easy walk for coffee, breakfast, dining, etc. We enjoyed a walk to the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. It was such a treat!」
