“When we arrived the apartment was 55 degrees and it was 30 degree outside. It was late and we were tired and it took over an hour to warm up to where we could even sleep. There was 1 washcloth for 4 guests. Other than that it was clean and a nice stay.”

“We stayed for two nights and overall found the place adequate for a short visit. The décor definitely leans into the “disco house” theme, though some parts of the home feel like they haven’t been updated since the 70s. The beds were comfortable and most of the appliances were modern and worked well.A few things to be aware of for future guests: the hardwood floors are quite uneven and noticeably sloped, which gave us some concern about the structure. “Honestly I would stay here again , location is EVERYTHING in NYC and this location is pretty much perfect . You’re between broadway and 5th ave! About a 10 or 15 minute walk to Times Square. You also have the 34 st herald square subway station a couple of blocks away for easy access to anywhere in the city! It’s a really small apartment room but honestly that’s expected in NYC. The only thing I will say is that I really do recommend they get new towels, that’s my only complaint. Towels were all……
