"Room was clean! the decor in the room and theme of the hotel wasn’t my favourite"

"Room was clean and smelled very clean. Room was ready for early check which was a plus. Only thing was the digital key card wasn’t working but I’m a 90s kid so no biggie."

"When we arrived on Thursday night the hallways were filled with pieces of paper and shreds of plastic bags. In one hallway on our way to go downstairs to the pool there was a medical vial that someone had left behind. It wasn't until Saturday before it was cleaned and vacuumed. We had 8 people staying in our 3 bedroom and were only given 2 towels in each bathroom. So, 4 towels for 8 people! We requested more obviously on the 1st night and they came 2 hours later. Then on night 2 we requested 8 more clean towels at 6pm. It was after midnight and an additional 3 trips to the front desk before we received more. So, 8 people had to sit around and couldn't take a shower until after midnight. Then we ended up having a wasp nest next to our screened in patio and unfortunately the screen had a gap under the balcony railing so the wasps kept getting inside the screen so we were not able to enjoy our patio. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this resort or recommending it to anyone."

"Shower clogged, long time to get extra items from housekeeping, hotel would not refund or discount any of our stay"

"We enjoyed the updated room and pool since last time we stayed. Casino itself could use a refresh but over all the location is ideal since it’s right in the middle of the Strip. "

"Staff wasnt much help, others just solicitated you to spend more. Very expensive, not a family place, lesson learned."
