「I enjoyed the stay. Property is very well managed and is conveniently placed close to downtown and beach. Host was remote but always available on a call or message. The amenities were great. I lived the coffee inside」

「2 TV sets but all shows NO SIGNAL. WIFI connection is not available. Service center only reply: SORRY. Bathroom water is not hot enough to enjoy bath, NO sign of HOT and COLD on bathroom faucet, it is confusing. the lock of window in balcony side is broken, it is difficult to closed. 」

「The staff in the front desk get off work too early. During the working time, nobody answered the phone to solve the issues.」

「The room was very clean and bright and sunny but the staff was basically non-existent. Had to wait a long time for someone to show up to check in. The only way we saw a staff was to call and say we were heading to the lobby. No staff at check out. We did not use the pool or hot tub as it was always too crowded. Room was noisy too. Sounded like the upstairs room was moving furniture.」
