“When we arrived, we were assigned a cabin without a stove but the manager quickly rectified it. However, we were only supplied a small saucepan and no cooking utensils. We did have dishes, an oven mitt, one mixing bowl, silverware, and mugs and cups. The shower had 2 settings: ice cold or scalding hot. Not a big deal for me but I was traveling with a toddler and she got burned as the water turned from cold to hot in an instant. There was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the entrance door. This was……

“I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. “Overall it was ok. Would I recommend? Not really. There was a dirty glass on the kitchen counter upon checking in. We had one shower towel each for five days. The bed was very uncomfortable and old. We each had only one head pillow and rest were all decorative pillows which are unusable for us. ”
