「This place was amazing! Super clean. Nice amenities. Check in was easy! Loved the high ceilings. Even though they don’t have staff onsite, they have someone always available to communicate with. It’s walking distance to State St. The showers were soooo nice. It had a rain fall shower head. I didn’t want to get out. We will definitely be staying here again!」

「The property was clean. However, it was difficult to find the place, The number wasn't clearly visible. I was greeted by this person that I didn't know lived and worked in the property. I wish I knew so that I was expecting someone in close proximity. There wasn't any shampoo. The microwave was outside the property. Parking was very tight, There was an aircooler but no air conditioner. It was vert hot, and it was a tad bit uncomfortable in the room.」

「Got to the hotel to check-in and they insisted I did not have a reservation. I showed my confirmation email but was rudely told by the woman at the desk there was nothing she could do. Oh and hotel check in is across the street at another hotel!!! I did end up getting my refund.」

「The place was nice and well-designed. It was smallish, more of a hotel room than a condo or apartment. It was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and within walking distance of downtown Santa Barbara's attractions. It was pet-friendly and a good neighborhood for dog walks. It could use some minor functional updates. The front door was a little tricky, and the window above the bed was inconvenient to operate. It was fairly quiet.」

「I cannot recommend this place enough! My two sisters and I stayed here for a little bachelorette trip, and it was perfect. The host, Mindy, is incredibly gracious and so helpful. The villa is clean and spacious, and the view is gorgeous. Sitting on the patio in the mornings was a highlight of our trip. Although the villa is tucked up in the hills, getting into town is convenient, and ordering a Lyft/Uber was always quick and easy. You won’t regret staying here!」
