Setup matches the photos, very cute entrance, cleanliness, decor and amenities. Quaint but perfect for 2 people. Host communicated well and was very kind.

Highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Santa Barbara. Close to downtown and in a nice neighborhood. The host made sure I had everything I need for a wonderful stay. Parking was provided, towels, and an overall clean room.
I was able to fall deep asleep on the comfortable bed

The small apartment was very clean and the accommodations very comfortable. I slept very well on the mattress and pillow( better than in luxury hotels and the towels were very soft and quite big. Janina the host is very cordial and makes you feel at home.Janina is also very prompt in answering any question you have. She gave good instructions regarding check in process and parking situation. Her husband is very amicable as well.They both respect your privacy but at the same time you feel like you are family. I enjoyed sitting in the courtyard and being in the outdoors If I am ever back in Santa Barbara I would definitely stay in the same place. I highly recommend the place

Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B.

This studio looked just like the pictures. The bed was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. I was able to unpack my clothes into the dresser to make my stay more comfortable. The bathroom had more than enough room. Overall my stay was great and I’d book here again. The host was very kind and communicative.

This place is nice, but the TV was set up at a very strange angle. The owners were confused about what date my booking was and were late cleaning. In the morning, their neighbor was doing something next to the studio. I am a light sleeper so that woke me up.
