Wonderful place near downtown

My daughter and I stayed at Casa Valerio for one night while we were visiting UCSB. The unit was perfect for us. We appreciated the cleanliness, updated decor, kitchenette, and double sinks in the bathroom. Also the location was ideal - just a few steps from downtown SB, which was great for shopping.

Very nice well kept and clean. A lot of small things that aren’t even listed make the stay even more enjoyable. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will book again on our trip next year

Perfect Location

The Appartement is located very well in a quiet street, street parking ist pretty easy, you can walk down town about 10 mins or take the car (3 mins to public parking). The room could be a bit spacier, but it is well equipped and maintained so we would recommend it!

Great location, just a short walk to the downtown area. The house was clean and had all the necessities you may have forgotten. The check in process was so easy and the owner/staff was available for any questions and concerns that we had. Even though it was street parking only, we never had any issue getting a close parking spot to the house! Overall all it was such a great stay in a very beautiful house!

Our stay was wonderful. We were in town for a concert at the Arlington Theater which is walking distance from the room. We were able to enjoy all the shops restaurants and bar and simply walked back to our room when the night was done. The place is super cute and very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location placed us within walking distance of the downtown pedestrian area. The staff was very helpful and communicated promptly and courteously. We experienced some street noise so took advantage of the sound machine provided. We were particularly happy with the helpfulness of the staff.

One block off State Street. Clean, well appointed. Needed help with a couple things and they responded immediately. Only suggestion would be a hand bar in the shower and a couple less fluffy pillows for back sleepers.

Convenient, comfortable and clean

This was a great place to stay for 1-2 people who wanted to be close to the action of State Street. I walked everywhere from here. Street parking was easy to find and I never had to move my car Wednesday to Saturday. Lots of restaurants, theaters, and a small market are within walking distance. I appreciated having a mini fridge and Keurig for morning coffee.

Nice place to stay!!

It is close to everything, the location is prefect!! Everything was nice and clean. Parking is on the street in the neighborhood but it is really easy to find somewhere to park! My only complaint is that you do hear people walking above you all the time even late at night and early morning & if you’re a light sleeper you’ll wake up in the middle of the night to people walking or moving things around for whatever reason. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

Location Location Location

Nice, clean, and modern unit conveniently located just steps from the most popular area of Santa Barbara (state street). Everything about this place was seamless; the check-in was quick, the communication was prompt, and the unit was small but perfect for a couple. In addition, the King size bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Having a bigger bathroom with double vanity helps with getting ready since my wife takes up so much space ;) when getting ready. I highly recommend staying here!

The location is wonderful and street parking is fine. Facilities and amenities are wonderful. I would have appreciated a table to sit at and eat but there is no room in that unit for a table (I did see one in 6C). Instructions on setting up the TV would have been helpful. Communications before and during my stay were very helpful. Not having a key, but a combination was very handy. Nice place.

Wonderful Place!

We had a fantastic and comfortable stay. The moment we stepped into the unit, we knew our stay was going to be relaxing and enjoyable one. It provided all the amenities, a spotless clean bathroom, and a very soft, comfortable bed. The neighborhood was awesome! We felt safe and comfortable. We walked our dog a couple of times around the neighborhood and everybody was very friendly. Whenwe went to sleep, we didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors. The location was walking distance or close driving distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The owners gave easy instructions on parking, entering the unit, and checking out. Upon arrival, the owners were attentive to welcoming us and making sure we had what we needed. We would highly recommend staying in this VRBO if you are in Santa Barbara.
