"This cabin has been beautifully remodeled inside, was spacious for our group of 2 adults and 6 teens, and perfectly located within walking distance of the Village and lake. We made all of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen that has new appliances. The fireplace and heating kept us cozy and warm during our snowy stay. Would most definitely rent this cabin again!"

"This is our second stay at this VRBO. Again, well stocked; everything is easily accessible. Considerations are definitely made for guests in mind. Comfortable upstairs bed. Haven't used downstairs bedrooms as our children are in college and have not been able to join us on our past couple trips. Home itself is nice and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Tahoe. We will definitely be back."

"Convenient location, a block from the public beach! The deck has a view of the lake, and is a perfect spot for breakfast and coffee before heading to the lake. The house is well equipped, clean and functional. The decor could definitely use an upgrade, as its a time capsule to the 60s and 70s. But all in all, we had an amazing time using this beautiful home."

"We had a great time here on a last minute mini vacation. I cannot say enough about this place. We have 2 big dogs, and the fenced porch plus the large fenced in back yard was a huge plus. We loved that our dogs could also join us inside. This cabin is close to the Big Bear Village, ski resorts and much more. We arrived to doggie treats, take home coffee mugs and fresh coffee. "This little home is so lovely! It has a beautiful forest right in its backyard. Great sledding, hills! Two bedrooms with four bunkbeds in one, which is great for a small family. And a lovely hot tub in the backyard. It’s not super fancy, but it’s really lovely and really reasonable!"

"Had a great time at Gary’s place. Terry, the property manager, was very helpful as well. Unfortunately the washing machine broke before our arrival, so we didn’t have access to it during our stay. "We had a wonderful time at the Manzanita House. My wife and two daughters (9 & 6) loved the house. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Mou was great, and was super responsive. We were looking to go to the snow and Mou gave us a few options. While there wasn't snow at the property while we were there we managed to find some sledding and loved being able to come back and relax in the hot tub. We had a really pleasurable experience and would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great stay at the property. It had everything we needed to get some comfortable rest and daily hiking. Made breakfast daily and not too far from some restaurants up the road. Spent the first snowy evening in the hot tub and hiked locally the first day. Took a short drive to Fallen Leaf Lake where we hiked the next day. The mountain venue is spectacular!"

"Space was Great for family time. Transportation takes you to and from Northstar with easy access pick up at house. Bunk beds were not available. Everything else was amazing!! I would stay here again!"
