「在聖地牙哥的這家飯店叫Courtyard 是Marriot經營的飯店。 第一，B1停車場入口很窄，出口更恐怖，技術不好千萬不要停進來。 第二，冷氣吵得不得了。 第三，如果不要求他們不會來打掃，即便要求來打掃，卻也沒有補礦泉水、沒有補香皂、還也少了一塊墊腳的毛巾。 第四，淋浴間裡面的落水孔被頭髮塞滿了，要我自己用手清理之前住客的毛髮。 第五，我住1206 ，窗戶外面就是高速公路的匝道，很吵。 第六，床架比床墊寬很多，一個晚上腳要撞到床架好幾次。 第七，沒有行李架，行李只能擺在地下，很不方便。跟櫃檯要，櫃檯直接說沒有行李架。 第八，訂房時說明是有免費停車，但check in以後才知道，只有第一天免費，其他每天都要付幾十塊。」

「I stayed there for three days. No one cleaned my room on the first day, and again on the second day when I returned to the hotel around 4 PM. I had to ask before someone finally cleaned it. The alarm clock in the hotel room was on and started ringing at 6 AM – I was going crazy! The hotel's soundproofing was terrible; it was very noisy outside. This was a very poor experience overall.」
