“Pool towels were not provided promptly, and the interior décor is dated.”

“Avoid this property! I came home with bed bugs. The property has been completely unresponsive to my calls to get a refund for my stay not to mention all the items I have had to throw away and the expenses and health risk of bed bugs. I also found a sewing needle in the carpet that I thankfully did not step on as well as a hole in the bedsheet. Considering report to Dept. of Health.”
