“The place is very outdated. And the room tha we got had a funky smell.”

“Everything was good. The only issue was the noise from the trains.”

“My week's stay in this comfortable apartment was very much as I had hoped it would be... homey and fairly close to the University of San Diego. This particular unit I stayed in was very private... the front entrance, as well as the back patio off the kitchen, which I took advantage of. Being a week long stay I also very much appreciated having laundry facilities. With 3 full rooms, plus the back patio, there was plenty of room move about. I also appreciated the natural light coming in through……

“All you need to do is bring your bags, everything else you need is there, also the beach is across the street which is awesome. ”

“Microwave and fridge stood out compared to some places where guests share or bring their own gear. Made a difference during our visit here!”

“Perfect location if you are traveling and wanting to see San Diego!”

“Peaceful place with comfy bed. Felt relaxed after a long day out.”

“We loved our stay. The host was great leading up to our trip. Communication was excellent. We love the pool and hot tub. Home was clean and easy to get to all of the fun things in the area!”

“This is your home away from home in San Diego. More than enough room for one person. Everything in the space was awesome. Sauna, hot tub and cold plunge are great for health and outdoor enthusiasts.”

“This is a clean, well-equipped room that has everything you need for a solo traveler or a small family. The pool is a great bonus, and Karen is a wonderful host!”

“A beautiful apartment! Definitely going to reserve that location for more days next time. Kitchen is great and loved having upstairs-downstairs for separate spaces when one of us was working”

“The unit was very clean and well maintained, and the location is top-notch. It’s an easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, and stores, which made getting around very convenient. We also appreciated the bikes that were available and made good use of them during our stay.A few things could be improved. The A/C and fan weren’t powerful enough to keep the unit cool, so it became quite hot inside. Since there were no windows that could be opened for fresh air, the space stayed warm and uncomfortable.……

“Great neighborhood! Everything is so close and convenient. It was absolutely amazing. We were 3/4 of a mile away from my son and daughter-in-law‘s house so that part was perfect as well. When they say this is a walkable location they are spot on it was amazing. The neighborhood in addition to being inconvenient is so incredibly safe; it is full of couples and families and people out walking their dog. It has an incredible feel. I would absolutely stay here again. The one thing that we wish the……

“Absolutely wonderful first experience with Vrbo. Rebecca was always available & is definitely a top notch host!Lovely home & hope to be back on San Diego soon &!would definitely recommend those property to everyone.”

“Upside-Place was in a great location. Good for the price. Plenty of parking on street. Plenty of room for my family. Responsive host. Downside-was given incorrect code to get in at first, not enough wash towels or toilet paper, dryer didn't work, 2 chairs at kitchen table broken and unsafe. Bugs-silverfish in sofa drawer. I was told by host a new washer and dryer was being delivered during our stay between cleaning time 11-3, no one came to deliver anything or clean for that matter. Master had 2……

“We LOVED this place! Perfect for our favor and perfect location!”
