“This is a dive. Looks like an old motel that was bought and allowed to fall into disrepair. Terrible location, only accessible through a gas station parking lot, street folks in front of lobby with a fighting breed dog, room was about 8( degrees during a Heat Warning spell, chipped paint, filthy bathroom. We left within minutes, did not feel safe to sit down, or bring our belongings in. Right next to highway with loud trucks going by. Reached out to Expedia and VRBO and after dozens of chats,……

“it was very dirty i had to wash everything on my birthday the sheets. smelled so bad and every wipe i used came out black the table the bathroom the toilet”

“We loved the location of this affordable getaway. The kitchen had everything. The furnishings were thoughtful and comfortable. We walked to beach, restaurants and shopping with ease. We enjoyed riding our bikes. Host was responsive to all communications. We enjoyed our stay a lot!”

“Great place to stay! Clean and very comfortable.”

“We loved that it was right on the beach. Had a view of the beach from our balcony. Fans were perfect, all we needed. Very clean and quiet.nicely decorated and near the pier, harbor and several places to eat. Parking was included. We just parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and we had plenty of linens. A great location. The sunsets were the best!”

“Very nice room and great view of the valley. We didn't have an issue but the automatic gate is a little narrow and would be difficult with a large vehicle. The road to the house is about a lane and a half and is a curvy mountain road since the house is in the hills. We didn't have any trouble going up or down but it might be a concern if you are not used to a narrow road.Once we got there, aside from the narrow automatic gate (it does have another side that can be manually opened), the parking,……
