"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We checked in on a Saturday and planned to check out the next day. I was telling the check in receptionist how we were doing a hot air balloon the next day and we had to be up very early. She offered us a late check out considering how early we were going to be up so we could come back to rest for a bit. The fact that I didn’t even have to ask really stood out, that’s great customer service. The grounds were clean and quiet, parking was available. The free breakfast was really good with lots of options like waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy! There were other items to choose from as well along with coffee and juices! The location was convenient to the wineries and the Temecula Downtown area. The rooms were spacious and the water pressure was great! I would recommend this place for couples and families!"

"Nice comphy bedding, our room had a fireplace in it, nice touch we were not expecting. Beautiful tub and wonderful shower. We were very pleased with our stay. Staff was helpful with any questions we had. I was a delight checking out with Macy this morning. You must visit the bar and ask Matthew to make you a nutty russian - white russian with Frangelico, so nice a smooth. But his are extra special. They food is yummy. "
