「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「The hotel has a retro 50's vibe, with the lounge being full of unique, eclectic pieces of art and cosy furniture. There are many little areas in the lounge to curl up around the central fireplace or outside to meet with friends, as the atmosphere is welcoming, and homey. The rooms are beautiful, with vibrant colours, and full of essentials. A little nespresso machine with pucks would be a nice addition for that early morning hit of caffeine. 「Came for a 3 day tournament. Fit our needs perfectly. Very roomy. Good location. Small odor issue with the dishwasher but other than that, we liked it. May return next year 」

「The staff were all very polite and nice to converse with. My girlfriend kept saying how nice they all were. Room was nice and spacious. The bed was so comfortable!!! Breakfast was excellent and a nice place to start the day. Parking was easy and you were able to park close to your room. 」
