「Nice view, but: This property is not for anyone over 40. Treatuous stairs, very narrow. No place to walk your dogs. driveway hard to park in. Concrete entrance is uneven, tripped. The wooden stairs to the entrance buckle, scary. Lighting, fans, TV and Internet don't work without an engineering degree.
