「The location is great. It is the second house back from the boardwalk and you can see and hear the ocean from the balconies. You can also hear it all night if you leave the screen door open, which is dreamy, let's face it. It is also far enough down from the melee that is the bars and restaurants for the whipper snapper partier crews so that you don't have to be in that scene if you don't want to. But it's also close enough that you can join in if that's your vibe. The kitchen is well stocked....

「Great property, nice backyard patio with a well kept trail leading strait to dog beach. The place is super dog friendly but still clean and nice for the humans. Greg and Clara were great hosts, available to assist but allowed us our privacy while in the space. Would definitely consider booking again in the future. 」

「Pros: gorgeous views, public beach access next door, great family space (everyone had their own room), good location (near downtown, restaurants, and parks), cool fireplace, well stocked kitchen, and responsive hosts. Cons: ‘whole house’ means the top floor apartment of a 3-story house shared with two full-time tenants, one of whom was grumpy and scolded us for using the common beach umbrellas (?); no board games or beach equipment is provided; check-in was late (4pm) and check out was early...
