“Our host Betsy was very welcoming in her email communication. The cottage was so cute and clean. The linens were absolutely wonderful! Short walk over to Balboa Park, lovely neighborhood, never a problem with parking. The lemon tree and herbs and lavender were charming - stopped for a smell of lavender every time we stepped out of the cottage. Washer and dryer were so convenient, and the internet speed was fast enough for me to work virtually in meetings all day from the spare bedroom. The only……

“Everything was as advertised. The railroad tracks are close by and trains can be heard but the only time it's loud is when a freight train goes by. The Amtrack trains aren't very loud. Nice to have the small garage.”

“Host was excellent and checked in with us several times. The house was great for our needs. Could have had a few more items in kitchen such as salt; had plenty of pepper and some other common condiments. The lighting in living room is ceiling light yet without a dimmer so very bright. Otherwise darling place and so close to the beaches and action. Loved our stay and would go back again.”
