“We recently stayed at this property over the July 4th weekend and were deeply disappointed with our experience. Although this property is listed on Expedia as having air conditioning, we were given a room without one. During an extreme heat wave, providing only one portable fan for three people across two rooms was entirely inadequate. Because of the stifling heat inside the cottage, we were forced to sleep with the windows open. This resulted in terrible sleep due to constant road noise and……

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet tucked away in the woods but close enough to restaurants and various other creature comforts in nearby Bar Harbor. I even extended my stay by a day and that was also hassle free. Y’all rock!”

I spoke with the maintenance man who was the exact maintenance man that I spoke to this past weekend he told me the exact same story he told me two years ago about how the new owner was gonna start improving the place and making it a whole lot better for guest. I actually found it just about worse shape than it was two years ago. I don’t think the owner invest any money in this place some of the……
