「Great two story property located conveniently to all Mid town Manhattan sites. Bus stop across the street and subway stops just a short walk away make getting places a breeze all over the Island. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient, and well appointed. Cold AC was a dream after hot July days seeing the sights. Excellent management/hosts were in contact before and during stay as needed, and they provided great input. This family of six, including four teens, would definitely stay here...

「The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer...

The location and surrounding neighborhoods filled with a college student vibe, were friendly and safe. The host was quick in replying to questions or with providing help. We definitely recommend and will try to stay here again the next time we are in NYC.」
