New York Airports
New York City is accessible from three different airports. Newark (EWR) is located 13 miles southwest of downtown New York City in Newark, New Jersey. As the oldest airfield in the United States, Newark’s dedication ceremony was led by Amelia Earhart in 1935.
The LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is located in Queens and is roughly 11 miles north of the city. Covering over 680 acres of land, LaGuardia transports over 23 million passengers annually.

Transportation from the Airport
