When I arrived the hotel, the staff who help me to check in was little bit rude and impolite. I had never been stay at such a poor room after I checked in. The room had a little bit bad smell and looked so old. Serious leakage on the roof. The furniture were scratched seriously. No essential room amenities such as water glasses, kittle...etc. Then I report the room situation to the front desk, this time the staff was very helpful, she changed another room for me. This room was much better than the previous one.
The last day when I check out, the front desk staff was very improfessional, looked not willling help us to check out and feeling I made her little bit annoying. I had 3 luggages need to stay at hotel after check out, the staff just allow us stay 2 free luggages, the extra need to paid US$3 each. I’d never been paid for storage at such International Brand Hotel.
Overall, I would said the hotel located at a convenient location, closed to subway station within one minute walk. But I will never been stay it again after this stay. I choose to stay in this hotel, because of their brand name. However, I think that it’s not worth to pay such a high price to stay in such service hotel.
