8.2/10 Very good! (912 reviews)
It all started when we arrived in the lobby and the code. I had three days before we arrived didn’t work. Apparently you should have a code 24 hours before you arrive when we got to our room the air-conditioning didn’t work. There was no towel bar in the bathroom. There was a standup fan on the floor, which we assume was because the AC didn’t work properly. it was very uncomfortable our first night sleep, hoping that the AC would change overnight, which it didn’t in the morning. We went to the lobby and waited for somebody to come to the desk to find out if we could switch rooms after they were unable to get the AC in the room to change also. My daughter found disposed items behind the toilet stuck to the bathroom shower wall in the in our first room we were able to change rooms with AC that did work a room that did have a towel bar. Nothing stuck on the walls in the bathroom. For the two nights we spent just over $700 US in a room that had two double beds if I come back to New York, I am definitely not staying at this hotel.

"We booked 2 double rooms for 7 nights . On of the rooms smelled a lot like cigarette, so we asked to change. They couldn't accommodate us on the same floor, so we dealt with it. The hotel could use more cleaning and maintenance. The rooms have musty scent. Also they never mentioned to you that on ..."
