“Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser.……

The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. “The postives: The location cannot be beat. Very easy to get to, door locks are super convenient, and 3 bedrooms in this area was amazing. My boys were glad to not have to share a bed and room! The host is WONDERFUL to deal with, and we didn't have to do a bunch of clean up/trash removal/sheet removal as we've had to do in other VRBOs, we just had to tidy up. This definitely reduced day of departure stress for us! Plenty of towels, extra blankets, extra toilet paper were all available. The beds……
