The main disadvantage we had was that there was a problem with ants in the apartment. I would also say the apartment had some "character". I'm not sure it's for everyone, but if you want 4 beds with a kitchen your family can sit down in at the center of Manhattan (with all the noise associated with it), this place is for you. 「Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.」
