Beautifully Brownstone-designed Studio apartment features 2 Queen-sized beds and a pullout sofa bed located right off Grand Central Metro Station. Walking distance to Times Square, Steps from Central Park & the Metropolitan Museum of Art. surrounded by cool bars, restaurants, and coffee places. Located next to the United Nations, therefore, one of the safest neighborhoods in NYC. The apartment is well-designed and features anything you need for your trip, linens, towels, pots, pans, fridge, etc.

This is a cute loft apartment. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, and the apartment is close to other apartments. There are two full/queen beds, and a sofa that folds into a bed. It is perfect for a family! There were one or two cosmetic defects (scratches on frig, chip on bathroom cabinet) but it was totally fine! It is a kitchenette. Near markets, pizza. About 15 minute walk to time square. I would recommend!!

The space was nice and we enjoyed the amenities. The only downside was the stairs, only because of luggage and having someone older traveling with us. Very easy to check in and chek out, close to Grand Central and you can get to Times Square pretty quickly with Uber/Lyft.

The apartment was a nice size for our family of 4, especially in NYC. Location was great - quiet area; walkable to Grand Central, Times Square, etc. Very well appointed with kitchen appliances, shower needs, iron and hairdryer. Host was very responsive. Our iron stopped working and the host left a new one for us that same day. Was perfect for out needs, would stay here again.

This was a fantastic place to stay during our family trip! The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we liked having access to a small kitchen. There are a few small markets across the street. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Grand Central Station, so we could get anywhere we wanted to go within 20 minutes. It’s easy walking distance to Time Square and other sites, and the neighborhood felt safe. Would absolutely stay again!

Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed! My family and I slept well and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the well-stocked coffee selection and beautiful glass mugs. There was also a convenient spot in the building to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, so we could stay out a bit longer on our last day before returning to pick up the luggage. Nearby there is a nice grocery market (Ermina's) just across the street, and a relaxing green space around the corner (the Tudor City Greens parks).

I can't say this property was everything I hoped for because it was in fact VERY much more than I had hoped for. When visiting New York I generally stayed out of town maybe 30 or 40 miles away to be at an affordable property. In the future, all my stays will be at properties of this owner, in mid-town Manhattan because it was at least as affordable as the out of town properties and probably even moreso -- and the quality and available options were so much more superior. My thanks to everyone associated with this property as this trip was my most memorable and pleasant. in 40 years of visiting NY
