「Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below...

「This place was amazing! Very clean, modern and spacious. It looks exactly like the photos. Our host was friendly and quick to respond. Check-in and check-out was quick and smooth. Great location with a grocery store a block away and the subway two blocks away. Our whole family was comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again.」

「I really wanted to like this place, it was in a very convenient location in Manhattan and was the best deal I found by far. The main disadvantage we had was that there was a problem with ants in the apartment. I would also say the apartment had some "character". I'm not sure it's for everyone, but if you want 4 beds with a kitchen your family can sit down in at the center of Manhattan (with all the noise associated with it), this place is for you. 「We ariver at 11:30pm after a 6 hour drive. In the lobby had a sign that read "We are fully booked. All revervations are cancelled." We found out from someone staying there that no one had even been at the front desk in 2 days. Everything was sold out in the area and we had to drive 40 minutes away to find another room. I was on the phone with Expedia/VRBO to get my money back for an hour and 45 minutes just to be told by a "supervisor" that they couldn't refund my money and the best option...
