「Very satisfied, the staff is very friendly, I forgot to take the clothes, they helped me keep them and returned them to me. The environment is very good, there is self-service coffee and hot water every day, which is very considerate. The accommodation room is spacious and comfortable.」

「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「超出预期，期待春夏再去体验」

「这座酒店距离伊萨卡小城的商业区不太远，如果是驾车的话购物、吃饭还是很方便的。」

「The front desk service was very patient and enthusiastic.」

「This was the second time we’ve stay at the Gothic Inn . It’s a beautiful Inn everything is done with great care . The breakfast is delicious so don’t miss it. The setting is gorgeous.」

「馬桶稍微髒，其他整理都很乾淨，枕頭床鋪軟硬視障，很安靜，健身房設備很好」

「The hotel looks okay overall, and the staff were friendly. However, please be extremely careful with the breakfast waffle machine. The top handle/hinge was far too loose. When I opened it, the lid fell down and burned the back of my hand. Although the front desk provided burn ointment at the time, the wound has since festered/ulcerated and remains very painful. I am unsure how long it will take to heal. Management needs to repair or replace that equipment immediately before someone else gets...

「Good」

「The air conditioning HVAC system is very loud when it kicks on. It makes a loud noise. Also, the bathrooms could use a refreshment, not necessarily a total makeover, but some improvements to refresh. Also, no coffee maker in the room by coffee is available in the lobby. The dark plum comforter on the bed is a nice touch maybe , but would prefer a lighter color as these dark colors can hide stains and what not.」

「我这一个月旅行中住的最舒心的酒店」

「除了电梯慢一点、停车稍微不方便外，其它方面还不错。」

「Nice location. Air con in the room is a bit noisy.」
