"Hailey was super friendly. I told Her I had to checkout at 4:30 am and would not be able to have breakfast. She put a bagel and some fruit in a bag for me and I got it when I checked out. It was so nice. It set the tone for the whole day. She’s a keeper!"

"We stayed here to go to the It’s a wonderful life” festival in Seneca Falls. The hotel was convenient and clean and very pleasant. They accommodated all our needs and Lisa who kept in constant communication was fabulous with our customer service. The other girl at the front desk always greeted us with a smile and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend it"

"Clean spacious room. Courteous staff, especially front desk and the Breakfast Room ladies. Two weeks ago when we stayed we expressed our concern about the low toilets as my wife has had a knee replacement and is waiting to get her other Knee done. Anyways the lady on the desk changed our reservation on the 12th to an accessible room which was great. The room was on the first floor which was a plus as my wife has a fear of heights and on our last stay we were on the top floor with the glass wall facing the court yard and pool which didn't go over well."

"Absolutely lovely experience. You will not be disappointed to spend a special weekend here. We just celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary here. Beautiful facility, amazing food and drink , absolutely accommodating for gluten-free safe foods and drinks, and our cottage was gorgeous. The staff went above and beyond to make everything incredible for us and this is our new favorite place in the world. "
