"My family and I had a great stay here. The check in/out process was very easy and we very much enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as listed and it’s the perfect home for a little fall getaway. The only issue we had were the bugs in the home upon arrival. There were multiple stink bugs clinging to all the curtains, especially the upstairs bedroom and we had to clean these off ourselves. There were also m a lot of ladybugs on the floor of the upstairs bedroom dead and alive. Aside from that bug issue, the home was overall clean and we had a great stay. The hosts had good communication. We would definitely stay here again."

It was exactly the kind of getaway I was looking for.Carmen has created a wonderful place on Seneca Lake, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "We enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable—especially the beds and the fun bunk bed room for the kids. The area offers tons of great family activities, and our host was wonderfully responsive whenever we had questions. Check-out was effortless.A quick note for future travelers: be sure to read the listing carefully, as the dock is currently out of order/damaged. On the tech and amenity side, the theater room TV was a bit too slow to stream Netflix, and having standard essentials like coffee filters provided would make this property even better."

"This cottage is up on a hill and quite a distance from the water so you really don’t get a lake view. That being said, it is a great location to explore the lakes and numerous wineries in the area. The cottage was comfortable for 4 people although beds were very hard and it could use a good deep cleaning to remove the cobwebs. We did have to ask our host for a new coffee pot as ours leaked as fast as it brewed and we had no kitchen towels. Our host was very responsive and delivered a new coffee pot and the towels within an hour. I talked to him about the cleanliness issue and he was surprised that his cleaning lady hadn’t done a better job. He thanked us for making him aware."
