Historic inn with character! Immaculate and large and thoughtfully decorated rooms. Very unique. I would highly recommend this hotel in the middle of downtown and walking distance to everything historical.

Despite the reviews I’ve seen online, our king sized room was great! Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. For the price, you can’t beat it in the finger lakes area. Would stay again!

The best thing about the Gould is its location - within easy walking distance of just about everything there is to see and do in Seneca Falls. The property itself is more than adequate - there's no restaurant or bar there but there are several practically adjacent. Big parking lot - free of charge also a plus.

dining room and bar were closed. there was mold outside the shower on the floor and the ceiling fan was caked with dust. the floor in the bedroom itself was filthy (towel on the floor showed how much dirt there was) needs a good moping. the room was cute, beds were super high so if you have mobility issues that might be a problem

The room was nice and large but nothing great. The bathroom was updated nicely. The halls were smelly from many years of smoking! Carpets should be replaced, same with washing and painting the walls. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed! I expected a grand old historic hotel!

The Gould is a lovely historic hotel in the extraordinary downtown of Seneca Falls. Seneca Falls was the home of Elizabeth Stanton and held the first convention for women’s rights. Bedford Falls in It’s a Wonderful Life was patterned after Seneca Falls. Go visit!
