"The hotel is unique in decor. It is older, but very clean and antique decor. I loved it. We were pleasantly surprised to get a larger room. Very close to Central Park and Museum across the street. Also subway is close. We walked to the theatre district for a play. I was so happy to find that cleaning staff found my wallet. I had left it in the safe and staff had given it to the office. "Located right between the West Village and Chelsea, it is an amazing area to call home. The staff at The Jane Hotel were all very friendly and helpful. We were able to keep our luggage at the front desk after check out, to allow us an easier last day in the city. The room, while very small, was pleasant and clean. "This hotel is in a wonderful location - near subways, museums, Central Park, Zabars, etc. There are numerous restaurants in the area in addition to Nice Matin which is attached to the hotel. I love the neighborhood which is very walkable."
