“My room has stains on the furniture. Staff was unresponsive when I called. Room was super noisy with construction early in the morning. I could also hear every noise in the hallway and the elevator going all night.”
“Breakfast was not prepared on time likely the new staff may take time to adjust. Hot water was not hot throughout the day. So a kettle for hot water in the room will be useful.”
