The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The experiences on sight i.e., Broadway waiters and curated jewelry were an added surprise.

Location was good . Staff had attitude . Definitely didn’t feel welcomed . Also , if you get there early and want to leave your bags to walk around until check in time it’s $5 per bag : I paid for a room with city view and got a side of a building view .
