This hotel was so great! It felt extremely safe and the location was amazing. It was in such a good location and there were so many things to do and see within walking distance. The room was small but very cute and well laid out. Hotel was clean and smelled really good and the staff was grea!

Breakfast was continental style - fresh, convenient! Rooms were cozy but clean and comfortable - especially the bed! Walkable to Times Square and Broadway. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel and we felt safe walking around even after midnight!

The room was comfortable, big bathroom. Not a lot of space for bags but enough for 4-5 days. The roof is small but nice and the breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, juice, cupcakes/ cornetti) it’s perfect!

this place is cute and facilities/amenities are all great! its so nice how they do breakfast here its small things like croissants and coffee to start your day off. The customer service line was a bit difficult to reach but eventually they answered to resolve our problem with our deactivated key card. Overall, a great place to stay and safe location!

Check-in was great, Sam was very helpful. The room is very small but clean, trendy, practical. The bed VERY comfortable. Took quite a while (7 mins) for the shower water to warm up. Quite noisy but the earplugs helped. But overall we absolutely LOVED this little gem of a hotel and would definitely stay here again.
