not a 5 star hotel but definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable stay in New York, has train stops in walking distance and a very good Mexican stop down the street ! Enjoyed my stay was very quiet .

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms are pretty tiny, bed takes up most of the space and there is no room to sit/walk to the other side of the bed (I had a twin bed for 2 people) But if you are looking for a great location (right next to Brooklyn) and are only coming to the hotel to sleep and will be out most of the day, this is a great hotel. The place is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and accommodated us very well in terms of having a late checkout, keeping our luggage for storage, etc. I would definitely recommend if the price is good per night.

We stayed in a really, really small room. We had a lot of luggage so some of it had to stay in the bathroom (which was surprisingly big comparing to the bedroom). There's really not much space in the bedroom, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The hotel is located close the a subway station, around 5 minutes walking. There are many options for food around.

Good breakfast even thou its not hot a good start to your morning.. the staff are respectful and polite.. the hallways and the room was clean and fresh when you walk in good wifi and very close to downtown to do many things.. a good low key spot thats nice and not to expensive

The was no breakfast and the rooms are small for the price you are paying. There was no soap in the shower dispenser. I feel like I was scamed on the trip and wish I can get a refund. Plus, the beds are uncomfortable with uncomfortable pillows

The room was barely able to fit the bed and I had to squeeze in sideways to walk alongside it. There was a fridge wedged in so tight it could not open, and a coffee maker with no outlet to use it. My main complaint though, was that there were some holes in the wall and it was in rough repair. I asked for a different room and was told they were sold out.

The staff here were extremely helpful. I was provided with an early check in option with no problem. The location for my event was perfect. There was a banging noise either inside or outside of my room. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. But, it caused me not to sleep.

The room could use some up-keeping. For example, there were notable dirt marks on the entry way door, bathroom and walls. A wipe down and intentionality would be a noteworthy effort. There's a vending machine area in the basement - I was told that there was a worker down there to assist as well. At the time that I went down to the basement area there wasn't anyone there. I didn't reattempt to see if someone came. Having someone down there would be helpful for safety and cautionary measures. The towels and wash clothes that were in the room could use some replacing. I did not see any rodents or pests which I'm grateful for. The bed was more on the firmer side than my liking but not terrible.
