The Franklin is where we prefer to stay in New York. The location is ideal, it’s a lovely building that’s charming with clean, well appointed rooms. What really makes it a pleasure to stay is the staff. Everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful. We’d particularly like to thank David and Amber for their good humor and excellent service.
