“Had a great stay communication with the host was perfect. Will definitely go back. Wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but the house is very clean and nice close to a lot of great restaurants.”

“Host was very gracious to let me check in a little earlier. Place was clean. Backyard was Top Tier. Parking was a little rough, but expected for Jersey City. Would certainly visit again. ”

“Really nice rental. Very cozy and spacious for a family of 5. Very convenient to have the train station behind the house and having private parking. The one issue is that the host did not give me the access code to enter the home in a timely manner. I had to message her and she would not respond. I had to get Vrbo involve to get access. The during the stay I message her with a question and it took her a day to respond. But she was quick on sending me the check out instruction 24 hrs in advance. ”

“I have mixed feelings about this place.On the positive side, the price is unbeatable. The flat is also large—we were eight people and had plenty of space. Coffee was provided, which was a nice touch. The location is great as well, about 20 minutes from Times Square by bus. There is also an incredible bagel shop around the cornerOn the negative side, the place really needs a deep cleaning, especially the kitchen, which was very greasy. There was dust under the beds and stains on the sheets. The……

“The property was a clean unit with plenty of space to host a large family. It has enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate basic needs. The house was well located too, only about a 10-12 minute walk to HBLR which connects to PATH for NYC. The host was very communicative too, always responded quick and was eager to help when needed. The unit has an A/C in each room, Wi-fi that works, and a nice kitchen.However, it is a shared house with a connected staircase from the 3rd floor to the basement……

“Great rental for my family of 4 and several cousins. We attended a wedding in Jersey City and it was very convenient to Uber to Maritime Park and back. The owner was a great when we had issues with the Wi-Fi or flexibility with dropping off suitcases early or having an extra hour to leave. The kids loved the game room and the cousins who stored loudly slept in the couch in the game room that folded out nicely into a bed. The door was closed and it worked like a charm.. I would recommend this……
