“We stayed in the Maple House for 3 days during our vacation in New York , and as it was our first stay place alongside our other trips throughout the states , it exceeded all our expectations and was one of the best stay vacation spot . Sean , the host of the house was in touch with us all the time , offering help with anything we needed and furthermore he was really friendly and kind . “I liked the location of this property, good access to food and site seeing! Very comfortable place, clean and just like being at home. The garage was a nice plus, parking on the street would have been difficult!! Biking in the immediate area was very good, if going further might have been traffic congested / a little more dangerous. Great access to public transportation, busses, rapid trains and ferries!”

“Really nice rental. Very cozy and spacious for a family of 5. Very convenient to have the train station behind the house and having private parking. The one issue is that the host did not give me the access code to enter the home in a timely manner. I had to message her and she would not respond. I had to get Vrbo involve to get access. The during the stay I message her with a question and it took her a day to respond. But she was quick on sending me the check out instruction 24 hrs in advance. ”

“The house contain good size rooms and bathrooms. Comfort beds. Kitchen is equip and is of good size. Rooms were clean. Our stay was very comfortable ”
