「The host was very responsive but I found it difficult to use the Expedia app to communicate. I would get a message from Expedia saying the host has responded and when I pressed see message there would not be a message at the site」

「Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't quite what we expected based on the photos advertised on Expedia, which we felt were misleading. The apartment was darker, smaller and more dated than it appeared online. The road noise from the front bedroom was quite significant, with sirens and garbage trucks throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The air conditioner barely worked and was very loud, and the dishwasher was not working during our stay. The fold-out...

「It was huge, clean and in a great location」

「My friend and I came up to see museums and two Broadway shows. This apartment was compact and just what we needed: two bedrooms, a shower and kitchen. The location in the Kips Bay/Murry Hill area is safe and full of families and young professionals. The apartment needs a new refrigerator handle and a paint touchup in the little sitting room. The video that shows you where the lock box is located was super helpful. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We walked everywhere and...

「Excellent」

「The property was very nice. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.」

「For a family with teenagers who love to go-go-go, this was a great location. Walking distance to Central Park (10 min walk) and Times Square (30min walk). If you dont like walking, there is MTA 3 blocks away. Quick train rides to get to the Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 museum, MET, times square....anywhere. It also had plenty of room with three showers and 5 bedrooms. The pictures are true, the price is very reasonable for the location and size. Highly recommend.」

「Posizione dell'appartamento comodissima, spazioso e pulito. Ottima comunicazione con l'host, Gentilissimo. Check in e check out senza nessun problema.」

「I was on a work trip and needed a last-minute affordable stay. This is a clean, comfortable, cutely appointed studio in a secure building in great neighborhood, Murray Hill. Bodegas, coffee, pharmacy nearby. Very close to MSG and Grand Central. Host was very responsive, easy to contact and self check in a breeze. Would definitely book again if available!!!」

「The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks!」
