“Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. ”

“Review: Not Exactly as Described.The property is well located within the city of Bayonne and driveway parking adjacent to the building is a major plus because street parking in the area is hard to find. Our disappointment was to find out that the description for this particular unit was not accurate, non existent items were: no hot tub, just plain shower floor, no separate dining area, no dining room table only sofa and coffee table, no computer monitor, no desk and chair, no kitchen isle, no……

“This property is ideal for active families on the go. It is equipped, comfortable beds, full kitchen free parking and allows pets for a fee. Nice neighborhood with a dog park within a 2 minute walk, lots of great food within a 10 minute drive in any direction and close to NYC. Thanks!!!”

“Building is bad. Old dirty outside door clearly needs work. Apt had no kitchen towel or washcloth no bathroom hand towels. No kitchen soap. Listing says AC the unit had no AC. Windows do not shut lock properly the unit needs a great cleaning. Says two bedrooms but you have to walk thru one bedroom to get to the other bedroom. No privacy. Had it listed that I would have never rented . Smoke detected went off the entire time in the hallway outside the unit door. Shower had no hot water and no……

“The condo was a good size and in a safe area. It was comfortable , clean, and had off street parking. Jafor was helpful and answered all questions. I would recommend to a small family. Also make sure to visit the business district while there the Yard restaurant was yummy!”
