“The hotel and room itself was good. There was no issues with our room or the location however, we showed up and immediately was told we needed wristbands for safety concerns. No biggie, we figured it was common at large resorts. What is ridiculous, is these wristbands costed $25 and were only needed for anyone between 10 and 32 years old. What was even more annoying was if we wanted to use credit card to pay for these wristbands it would actually be closer to $30 or $35 - none of this was listed……

“Ocean view is great! The rooms could have used a good overall cleaning but we dealt with it -THEN, theeeeen they are renovating and the first morning we were JARRED awake at 7:50AM by extremely loud JACK HAMMERS breaking up concrete right outside our bedroom wall/window -scared awake to be honest it of course terrified our dog. We were moved to another room in a timely manner but the construction was loud all around- -I think they should have closed the hotel while doing renovation because……
