“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“We love this hotel. It has everything one needs; kitchen, restaurant on site, pool, grounds for activities. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We don’t have everyone’s name that helped us but Abraham did come and fix our table. Very polite and friendly. All staff including restaurant service excellent.”

“Resort was beautiful and in a great location, trail down the hill takes you to where Poplar River meets the big lake, a very short walk away! Only issues I had was 1) walls were sort of thin and I could hear the dogs in neighboring units occasionally barking and 2) the ceiling fan didn't always function right. Otherwise, an amazing stay at a great resort, will definitely come here again.”
