"When staying somenof the staff was polite But after we had arrived back from being out to dinner we had to be up early for an event very early and foe a few hours there was nothing but slamming doors that shook our room literally no joke I did call down to the desk. It stopped upon just getting to sleep about an hour later it happened again woke us up again I find that very rude and the balcony is basically a few steps away from our room I dont know how the noise wasnt heard. Also there was such a mess up with room service after being told several times we had room service I paid for it I was then told no but yet had a card for them to take our order to bring to our room yet to be charged after paying on line with my reservation. Very very clean comfortable some staff nice the kitchen person I had was absolutely rude. But other than the slamming it was ok. But I wont pay to stay the outrageous price again for the noise sorry. But no too expensive to keep getting woke up."

"Only positive comment is that the Check in staff was friendly and helpful. This is a terrible hotel. Carpet was filthy and wavy in the room and throughout the hallway and elevator. Vanity faucet did not function properly. Bathroom was clean fortunately. At 9:10 AM they were out of eggs, waffle batter and utensils at the food area. Breakfast attendant ignored request to bring more batter. Cookies were burnt, cold cereal dispenser was complicated and inefficient to dispense cereal, coffee was disgusting so I threw it away. Do not recommend anyone staying here no matter how cheap the rate! I’ll never stay here again!!!"

"We had a fantastic stay at The H Hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. The staff truly stood out—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made all the difference. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and accommodating hotel."

Sleep Inn Midland - Bay City West

"For the price the property was good. The only issue( and a BIG ONE) during our three day stay was the shower water was like warm at best and on the second day we had NO hot water. Several functions were in town so in the evening parking was horrible! Way to many charging stations for electric cars. I didn't see one being charged during our stay. Would I go back, NO, too many other hotels in Midland to pick from."

"All about it was a pleasant stay. No issues. Was surprised to see no small tiny trial size soaps, shampoo’s, conditioners and lotions . They had medium sizes of all the products right in the shower. It was much easier to have them in the shower. They also had to bins placed in the room to help recycling."
