"Hotel was very nice! Some small things that could be improved is the temperature in the pool cause it’s say heated but wasn’t very warm. The other thing I would say needs improvement is the towels in the room for showering. They were very small & had to use 2 to dry off. One thing that was awesome is having a nice view of the Polar Express train moving around"

"So far everything is going great. Very friendly and knowledgeable check in clerk. My only negative experience is NOT with the hotel but rather Expedia. I booked my stay because it clearly stated that the room had a Jacuzzi tub. When I entered my room, there was not jacuzzi or even a jetted tub. I went to the reception desk and was told they DO NOT have ANY rooms with a jetted tub or Jacuzzi. The pictures online clearly aren't for this hotel or ANY hotel in this area. According to the desk clerk, there aren't any hotels nearby with jacuzzis. The picture also showed a hot tub in the pool area. There isn't one. I'm praying the breakfast buffet isn't a mirage today! This hotel is very clean and very clean smelling with a friendly staff. It's NOT their fault I was mislead by Expedia. "
