「Check in was very easy. Housekeeping staff was very helpful. It was a pleasant experience to stay there.」

「The room was clean and the people were nice the only really bad part of it was I paid for a late check out and was woken up at 8:00 in the morning from the laundry machine and the girl just acted like it was no big deal that there was a huge pounding in my room at 8:00 in the morning when I went to bed at 5:00 and the desk clerk knew I was coming in late and why so I ended up leaving at 9:00 instead of 1:00 I got no sleep」

「I don’t think it is asking too much for a bottle of water in the room. Being a diabetic, the water serves two purposes: hydration and a safe place to put insulin syringes.」

「Great place and happen to be there during the 100th anniversary of Pontiac, which is cool. I have to say their breakfast, even though it was a standard buffet, was super high-quality. I usually skip the breakfast buffet, but this place was worth it. Not only that there’s a great Mexican restaurant walking distance from it.」

「Alright place to stay, front desk evening staff wasn’t the nicest and had to wait for a while to check in as they weren’t at the desk. You hardly get any soap or shampoo and there is no complimentary breakfast. Would only recommend for a quick and cheaper stay.」

「the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure...

「I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!」
