“The box breakfast was nothing special. It was okay. I prefer to have more options to choose from. I like to go downstairs to a breakfast room.”

“The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.”

“The hotel was practically empty when we arrived, the landscaping was a shambles. I wasn't sure if it was even open. The arcade closed due to the machines all being broken. The waterpark only had one of two slides operating, and no food options were available. The park tickets were so expensive and we were done in two hours. Our room shower had mold and rust in the tub. We made the best of it, but had to venture out more than planned to try to enjoy our trip. The restaurants outside of the hotel……

“Absolutely loved this place! We were talking that we enjoyed it more than the Grand Hotel because of the ambiance, location, the view, breakfast and the porch. It's within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and if you choose, you can bike or take a taxi. Room was very nice, shower nice and it was quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Seriously would stay again.”

“The room was very clean, but the property is dated and could use some updating. Also be aware that it is not very accessible if you need an option with no stairs. Even with an elevator there were a few stairs to get to our room. Also the lobby where you check in is up a big hill a good distance from the rooms. So if you don’t have a car, there’s a bit of a walk. Keep that in mind if you are disabled. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Excellent service!”
