「Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was chosen the night before and delivered to your room in a box. Your room has a microwave and refrigerator. Hotel is located a little ways from downtown but putt putt and go carts are located across busy street. We weren’t provided details on how to obtain towels for the beach, pool or any other amenities besides breakfast. Figured it out on our own, would have been nice to know some things upon arrival.」

「There NOT all cabins some are a motel room. Not enough electric outlets. The shower has no lights in it and no racks or shelf’s in the shower. The room was musty smelling and the carpet was nasty . It really needs a remodel. The pool and hot tub had a lot of sand on the bottom. But the weather was great.」

「Rooms were not clean, our bed sheets had stains on them, bathroom very small and we showered with flip flops as you could see the tiles were never cleaned and also there was no room cleaning service for the whole weekend they only gave you clean towels upon request. Water pressure was absolutely terrible. Staff were nice nothing to say about them, breakfast was good. Best part was the Aerie restaurant definitely worth the view, vibe and food. This is at driving distance to downtown Traverse...
