“Clean rooms friendly staff”

“Great room. Large enough for four to stay.”

“The property was fairly clean, but terribly uncomfortable. The bed is so low to the floor felt like sleeping on a rug...There was one chair and it was so tiny a grown adult could barely fit in it.. great location as far as close to walkable sites... if you're 50 or older Don't even think about it.”

“They had a box breakfast. You marked what you want on a ballet and what time you wanted it delivered. After the first day of not very good items, we opted to go to Denny’s down the street. It was much better. They should give guests credit if you do not take the lousy breakfast box. No place to eat, just in your room.”

“The room was filthy, it smelled liked a smokers room and mold combined. The first room we were given still had food trash on the ground, and the drain would drain in the shower. The second room we were given still had food and crumbs on the ground, and around the beds. There was a pair of underwear between the mattress and wall, somebodies vape and a face mask. There were dust bunnies piled up under all the furniture, and if you put food in your fridge and turned the lights out to go to sleep……

The exercise room (3 pieces of equipment total, no weights) was non-functional, with one extremely loud treadmill, a bike that didn’t work and a bike with no seat.”

“First I would like to say that I received an upgrade on my room and I was very appreciative of that. It was cozy and comfortable. I went to a couple of buffets and they were very nice and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be returning.”
