“Very nice, room was large, bed was comfy, staff was helpful. Breakfast was a choice of 5 different boxed meals delivered to your door at the time you request. I saw complaints on this prior to our stay. We actually really liked the options and convenience. It was just enough to satisfy us in the privacy of our room and we didn’t have to get up, get dressed and get downstairs at a certain time. I actually wish more hotels would offer this.”

“The chalet was filthy. The carpets needed cleaning and vacuumed. We had no toilet paper. There was nasty curly hair in the shower and the bathroom was just a filthy mess. The outdoor swimming pool looked like it needed some chemicals, but the inside watermark and pool was nice. The location was great and close to everything we needed.”

“Pretty out-of-date hotel. It’s totally a “me” thing but I forgot a square to plug into the wall for my phone cord. Most hotels have USB ports available for charging. This one didn’t. The room was small and very basic. There was a purple stain on the bedding and there was a contact case under the stool in front of the TV. Just small things that could have made it better. The reception lady wasn’t very warm, either. The elevators take forever to go up and down. And the valet is extremely……

“I was at this hotel for maybe an hour, just long enough to find and book another hotel. The room was absolutely disgusting. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of Febreze. The bedding and pillows were damp from how much had been sprayed, it was obvious the excessive Febreze was being used to mask a strong odor. My daughter and her friend both started getting headaches from the overpowering fragrance. The air conditioner was caked with dust, and there was dust built up……

“Just a beautiful location, super kind & attentive staff, close to adorable shops and local restaurants. Comfortable beds! Quiet rooms- hallway noise but each side and above not a sound. Fantastic free breakfast. We just love this place - it was our second time there and will be back again for sure! Did have an issue with our fridge but they corrected that quickly. Only complaint was the shower ... The water temp didn't allow for anything but hot and almost too warm - notified them at checkout so……

“Everything was good; it’s just the extreme amount of mosquitoes in and around our rooms were a turn off. Had severe rashes on my toddlers body and face and our arms, the property needs to do something about the mosquitoes infestation.”
