“The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.”

“Horrible11th birthday party for my daughter. Pool, rooms, resort, and water park dirty. We had to ask for washcloths and towels which none were avaliable in the room opon arrival. No restaurants or snack bars were open at the water park which made it so where we had no access to food or drink while there unless we left the waterpark. Way understaffed. We booked not knowing expedia does not offer water park passes with the rooms until we got there so we had to pay a extra 70 per person for water……

“Building and rooms are beautiful, unique spaces. Room was supposed to be ready at 3, but was not available until 4:30, which set us a little behind in our plans. Thin walls; could hear people coming into their rooms at 2 and 3am. ”

“We skipped the breakfast buffet because at $18.99 a person - including kids, it was too much money. I had picked this hotel based on pool reviews. However, the main pool was cold, and the air temperature in the pool room was cool. The jets in the hot tub did not bubble to the surface, and it was not hot enough for a typical hot tub.”
