「It was clean and staff was helpful. Well appointed room with comfortable king bed and full kitchen appliances. Really the only problem was our TV didn't work and no one ever fixed it after 2 asks. We were in the room so little, it wasn't a big deal, but had we been, it would have been. It was really noisy on the street outside our windows (we were facing the main street) but the city has a curfew and right at 10 pm most all the noise stopped and was easy to go to sleep.」

「We’ve stayed here several times, which says something about the property. My one complaint was breakfast. Rather than the breakfast they used to provide, they now serve boxed food. We tried most of the choices, and none were great, some were awful. I’m sure there are a variety of reasons they use these boxed breakfasts and I suspect it’s a corporate decision, but don’t expect a fresh breakfast. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay.」

「It was a fun overnight stay in the Forum Tower…just a few steps away from the casino floor. It was kinda hard to figure out where to go but everyone was pretty helpful. The room was very clean, but the pool could’ve been cleaner. Walls are paper thin, so you hear EVERYTHING. As we heard someone clapping cheeks next to us, which was honestly disturbing. I would say bring your own body wash and shampoo/conditioner just because the ones provided in the hotel, didn’t smell the greatest and made my...

「Really enjoyed this property and location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Bicycle rental on property was convenient too. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The breakfast at 1852 Grill Room was amazing and what a view! I will definitely look to stay here again! The ferry drop of our luggage directly to the hotel was an extra perk. 」

「Very nice hotel. All the rooms seem to have an excellent view. Rooms are very large and clean. In room coffee was good. No coffee in the lobby though. The pool outside was great.」
