“Just want to say the hotel staff was excellent and offered top notch service. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room and balcony. There were multiple spiders covering the balcony where it was a waste of money to pay for the lakeview. We could not sit out there for a minute. The room itself I had to rid of 6 spiders, and my young daughter was scared to sleep alone in her bed. Overall, it was a pretty nice resort but fell short considering the cost we paid to stay there.”

“Stayed in 2bedroom Family Chalet. Was nervous after reading reviews, but had no issues. Staff was helpful, chalet was small and rustic, but had no issues. It is a cabin type unit, so there is some mold/bugs, but had tempered expectations. Any issues were handled by staff and provided extra towels and help with light cleaning needed.”

“The bay view was wonderful and the atmosphere was great! However, the bugs were awful. There were spiders crawling onto our beds, all over the walls and jumping ones in the bathrooms. The breakfast options were underwhelming and the main doors wouldn’t shut all the way. For the price paid, the only thing worth it was the view unfortunately. There was little staffing to ask questions, not enough lobby carts and rarely any house keeping.”

“We were advised that our room was ready for early check in. We arrived at our room and had to wait while the individual cleaning was done. Room smelled like urine. Most likely dog urine. Vents were dirty, walls were dirty. Table was sticky. Like it’s never been cleaned. One elevator would not open on fourth floor and that’s where our room was. We had to wait for other elevator every time. We had luggage and a wagon so we couldn’t take the stairs. Bugs in the room. Just cleanliness was the worst.”

“The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The Lakeview was great. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast due to other travel plans. We will stay here again.”
