「Nice accommodations with cool vibe and large spacious rooms. Great workout area. Convenient to area restaurants. Downtown Detroit location had multiple people loitering outside entry doors at all hours. Not recommended to walk around at night as there were three crime notifications around 2am on a Saturday. 」

Called to the front desk and they sent someone who tried plunging for 30 mins or so, the place that I was trying to go get dinner was closing soon so we had to leave, she said something about sending a maintenance guy to use a snake, I don’t know if they ever attempted to do that or not but we had to go if we wanted to eat dinner. 「The air conditioner in our room wasn’t working properly. The room itself was mediocre the night stand was a broken piece of furniture that wasn’t even at bed level ( it sat in the floor) all the rooms smelled like bug spray ( very strong smell) the staff looked miserable. Would recommend staying at the Bayside instead much nicer with better updates」

「I booked this stay after seeing some of the pictures from the website. Really liked the lake front and beach bar never seen other places that have a 24 hour pool. Only thing I didn’t know when arrived that the lobby is at the top of driveway when coming off the street walked back up hill to check in.」

「We booked the room thinking we were going to be on the resort property but we were a mile down the road at these very outdated condos. The room had dead bugs, dirty bedding, and patio door that was lacking the greasing or maintenance to allow it to open easily. There was no box breakfast and beach club that looks inviting did not have any bar or grill. It rained earlier in the day so they closed it down for the whole afternoon and evening.
