“Loved location, pool and hot tub”

“Great room. Large enough for four to stay.”

“Stayed in 2bedroom Family Chalet. Was nervous after reading reviews, but had no issues. Staff was helpful, chalet was small and rustic, but had no issues. It is a cabin type unit, so there is some mold/bugs, but had tempered expectations. Any issues were handled by staff and provided extra towels and help with light cleaning needed.”

“The room was on the smaller-side, but we liked the walkout patio to the beach. However, housekeeping never came to clean our room after we checked in. We stayed for 3 nights. No extra toilet paper, so had to ask for it. Breakfast selections were terrible especially for the rate we paid. They were boxed and bagged. Left outside out door with no knock or text message to say it was delivered.”

“We arrived early and was told our room/studio wasn't ready and we would be called, We ended up calling asking if room was ready around 3:30PM, check is at 4PM, we were told our room might not be ready by 4PM and that was when they start check in??, We were charged for resort fees but did not get to use anything as when we finally got our room the carpet was stained with multiple what looked like pet pee marks like all over the place, we called and were told they would move us, we were stopped by……

“The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.”

“I thought it was good, but I thought with the price I paid they cleaned the room every day, otherwise I would’ve gave it a better rating, the only other complaint there were times it smelled like weed”

“It was very easy to find and check-in/parking was very smooth. I felt my car was safe being in the gated parking lot. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but it was very welcoming and comfortable.”
