"The woman staff at the front desk was lovely at check in the first day, the male staff at the desk afterwards were not. Sadly I was shrugged off when asked a question about the printing station, and was not even looked at when trying to ask questions about other things with the hotel - when checking out the man at the front counter said “leave it there” regarding my room keys but did not look at or address me. However, a lovely midnight staff gentleman got me another blanket in the middle of the night which was very sweet. "

Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. We canceled our reservation for the second night and found a more accommodating hotel to stay at. We will not be returning to a quality inn period. I would rather pay a little more money for better customer service! "
