「Was disappointed the hot tub was down but there's not much you can do about that. Overall it was a great clean place to stay! 」

「The room was very old and dingy looking. The air conditioning in the room did not work. It was so incredibly hot the whole time we were there. I will not be staying there again.」

「The room was great and the staff at the front desk did a very good job. The rooms were not ready on time for quite a few people which caused quite a few unhappy people standing in the lobby. The front desk staff went out of their way to make it right.」

「First time staying here and we were impressed. The room was clean and recently updated. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We are definitely going to stay here again next Tim we are in GR.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.」
